Experience Summary
A founding member of BBN, Bob Bailey practiced commercial real estate law for over 40 years. He was a former Partner of Antonow & Fink and a former Partner of Gordon & Glickson. His practice experience included, among other things:
- Representing major real estate developers, partnerships, and joint ventures in the construction of high-rise buildings in central Chicago, including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and air rights development of buildings in the Illinois Center development
- Representing a major food company in connection with acquisition, expansion, and disposition of its Illinois properties
- Representing a major electronics company in connection with leasing, acquisition, and disposition of its properties throughout the United States
- Representing a major Chicago financial institution for more than 40 years in connection with its corporate real estate matters throughout the United States, including due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions; leases and sale/leasebacks; acquisition, construction, and disposition of branches and other properties; municipal re-developments; and resolution of title disputes and title insurance claims
